What should I do if my Host cancels?
Although cancellations are uncommon on the platform. When they occur, they are usually due to unforeseen circumstances such as a member of the family becoming unwell or a local natural disaster making the house unusable as a place to stay. Guests are entitled to a full refund of the SandDollars used to book the swap if a host cancels a SandDollar swap. Members who wish to seek additional compensation in the event of a cancellation for a SandDollar or Traditional Swap must contact their swap partner.
