How does the verification work?
As part of our commitment to improving security and confidence within the Habiqo Home Swap community, we require members to proceed through a three-step verification process before completing a home swap.
• Address and identification checks • phone verification • Email confirmation
We kindly request that all members submit the following identification and residency evidence to us:
• a clean photo of your ID or passport or a scan of your identity document • a scan of a recent bill, a rental agreement, and proof of residency no older than six months. • In order to verify your mobile number, simply click the "verify my phone" link. You will then receive a text message from us with a code that you must enter. • Your email address would have been immediately verified when you first registered your account and verified it from your inbox.
