How can I send documents to be verified?
To submit your documents:
- go to the "my account" my profile, click on the "Verification link" option
- Click select a file under "Your ID" button to select your ID, once selected, it will be automatically sent to us
- Repeat the process by clicking select a file under "Upload proof of address" once selected, it will be automatically
Once you've successfully uploaded both documents, kindly allow a period of 24-48 hours for the verification process to be completed. You can monitor the status of your verification in the profile section.
If you have other listings with us. When you choose to verify your other listings in the future, you will just need to upload the proof of address since the proof of ID has been validated your first listing.
Here’s how you can tell if a member is verified:
Check the member's profile photo for a green checkmark: This indicates that the member has validated their address and identity. From the profile view of a member, you can see the type of verification they have. To contact a member, sign in to your account and go to the member's profile.
