Verification process

As part of our commitment to improving security and confidence within the Habiqo Home Swap community, we require members to proceed through a three-step verification process before completing a home swap.

• Address and identification checks

• Phone verification

• Email confirmation

We kindly request that all members submit the following identification and residency evidence to us:

One of the following:

  • A clean photo of your ID
  • A clean photo of your passport
  • A scan of your identity document

One of the following:

  • A scan of a recent bill
  • A rental agreement
  • Proof of residency (no older than six months)

In order to verify your mobile number, simply click the "verify my phone" link. You will then receive a text message from us with a code that you must enter.

Your email address would have been immediately verified when you first registered your account and verified it from your inbox.
